Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the FlowMesh desktop application and website (the "Service"), provided by FlowMesh, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("FlowMesh", "we", "us"). Contact: support@flowmesh-ai.com.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

FlowMesh is a privacy-first, local-first desktop application for building AI agent workflows, plus this website. Features and plans are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

3. Licence to use the software

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use FlowMesh for your own use. You may not: (a) copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile it except as the law allows; (c) remove proprietary notices; (d) use it to break the law or infringe others' rights; or (e) circumvent licence, plan, or usage-limit mechanisms. The software is licensed, not sold; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Accounts and sign-in

Some features require sign-in (e.g. with Google, GitHub, or Microsoft). You're responsible for your account and for providing an accurate email address.

5. Plans, trials, and billing

  • Paid plans and any free trial are described on our pricing page; billing is via Stripe.
  • If a plan includes a free trial, you may need to provide a payment method, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged. We give advance notice before that happens.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Prices and features may change; we'll give notice of material changes.

6. Refunds and your cancellation rights

See our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right to cancel a new subscription (subject to limited exceptions for digital content you ask us to start delivering immediately). Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking laws; infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights; transmitting malware; attempting unauthorized access; or disrupting the Service. You're responsible for the content, prompts, and workflows you create.

Prohibited content — image and video generation. You must never use FlowMesh — whether through a text prompt, or by uploading an image or video to edit, extend, or animate — to create, request, or store:

  • any sexual or indecent depiction of a person under 18, whether real, AI-generated, computer-generated, cartoon, stylised, or imaginary;
  • any sexual, intimate, or "nudify"/deepfake depiction of a real, identifiable person created or shared without their consent; or
  • any other content that is unlawful under the laws of England and Wales.

This applies no matter which third-party AI provider you connect. Breaching this clause is a serious breach of these Terms: we may suspend or terminate your access and licence immediately under §12, and we may report unlawful material to the appropriate authorities. To report a concern, email support@flowmesh-ai.com. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules.

8. Bring-your-own API keys

FlowMesh lets you connect your own third-party AI provider API keys. You are solely responsible for those keys, your use of those providers, and any charges they incur. We aren't responsible for third-party providers' services, availability, or costs.

9. Intellectual property

The Service (excluding your own content) is owned by FlowMesh and protected by intellectual-property laws. The FlowMesh name and logo are our trademarks.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or fit for any purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMesh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. (Some of these limits may not apply to consumers where the law doesn't allow them — see §10.)

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the new "Last updated" date will be posted here, and we'll notify you of material changes as required.
