Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies whenever you use FlowMesh — including its AI image and video generation features. By using the Service you agree to these rules.
FlowMesh runs on your device using your own third-party AI provider keys; you are responsible for the prompts you write, the images or videos you upload, and everything you generate. These rules apply no matter which provider you connect.
Zero tolerance — child sexual abuse material
You must never use FlowMesh to create, request, edit, animate, or store any sexual or indecent depiction of a person under 18. This applies whether the depiction is real, AI-generated, computer-generated, cartoon, stylised, or imaginary, and whether it is produced from a text prompt or by uploading an image or video.
Under the law of England and Wales, such material — including realistic AI "pseudo-photographs" and non-photographic "prohibited images" — is a serious criminal offence. We enforce an under-18 standard without exception.
No non-consensual or intimate imagery of real people
You must not use FlowMesh to create or share sexual, intimate, or "nudify"/deepfake depictions of a real, identifiable person without their consent. This includes uploading someone's photo or video to sexualise, undress, or animate them without permission.
Other prohibited uses
You must not use the Service to:
- generate content that is otherwise unlawful under the laws of England and Wales;
- harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
- attempt to disable, bypass, or defeat any safety measure of the Service or of a connected AI provider.
Enforcement
Breaching this policy is a serious breach of the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate your access and licence immediately, and we may report unlawful material to the appropriate authorities, including the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the National Crime Agency (NCA-CEOP).

If you encounter content or use that may breach this policy or the law, please report it to support@flowmesh-ai.com — see Report a Concern for what to include and how we handle it. We review reports promptly and escalate suspected child sexual abuse material to the authorities above.
