Report a Concern

If you come across content, an account, or any use of FlowMesh that may break our Acceptable Use Policy or the law, please tell us. We take every report seriously.

How to report

Email support@flowmesh-ai.com and include:

• what you're reporting and where you encountered it;
• anything that helps us locate it (links, timestamps, the account or licence email); and
• your contact details, if you'd like a reply.

Please describe the material rather than attaching or forwarding it. Sending suspected illegal imagery — even to report it — can itself be a criminal offence.

Child sexual abuse material

FlowMesh has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual or indecent depictions of anyone under 18. We review reports promptly and escalate suspected child sexual abuse material to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the National Crime Agency (NCA-CEOP), and we may suspend or terminate the accounts involved.

Contact your local police first — in the UK, dial 999 — and then let us know.
